CleanWhale cleans flats, houses and offices across Munich and the surrounding area. Booking, rescheduling and payment all happen online — for anything else, here is how to reach us.
Email is fastest: [email protected]. On weekdays we usually reply within a few hours. For short questions about a booking that is already placed, WhatsApp and Telegram are more convenient.
If your message is about a specific appointment, please keep the order number from the confirmation email at hand — that usually settles it in one message.
You set the appointment yourself: choose the size of the flat, tick the extras, pick a free day in the calendar. The price is fixed before you book and is never recalculated afterwards. The price list shows every item.
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, again in your account.
Munich has the largest share of international residents of any German city, and you do not need German to book with us. The whole site, the booking flow and our support work in English, and the confirmation and invoice come in the language you booked in.
Across the whole city — Maxvorstadt, Schwabing, Haidhausen, Neuhausen, Sendling, Bogenhausen, Giesing, Pasing — and in the surrounding towns as far as Grünwald, Pullach, Unterschleißheim and Gräfelfing. Whether your address is covered is shown immediately when you book.
You receive an invoice with VAT shown and pay by card or transfer. Both are required if you want to claim the labour cost as a household-related service in your German tax return: 20 per cent, up to 4,000 euros a year.
We look after practices, law firms, offices and property managers on a fixed schedule with a framework contract and a named contact. Send us the floor area, the rhythm you need and your preferred time window, and you will get a quote without a site visit.
We accept quality complaints within three days of the cleaning. Describe briefly what was wrong, ideally with a photo — we look into it and put it right.
